Deborah Cordukes – Facilitator, Consultant and Coach, Australia

Deborah is a former Ernst & Young partner with a passion for people and how they learn and develop. This passion includes exploring how the integration of People, Process and Possibility lead to business Results. With over 15 years experience at a senior executive level in professional services in Australia, Asia-Pacific and globally, she has a unique combination of skills to help get the best from your people and your processes, whilst also taking into account the realities of your business. Having originally qualified and practiced as a chartered accountant, her expertise has expanded to include:

  • Stakeholder and risk management
  • Executive coaching and leadership
  • Design and delivery of team/individual learning and development experiences
  • Change management
  • Systems and process improvement

She has qualifications in finance and accounting, quality management and people/change management as well as extensive practical and operational committee experience, locally and globally, including roles as Chair. During her 5 years working with EY Global (London based) as the AABS Global People and Operations Leader she was responsible for the creation of the global network, processes and policies for the Assurance and Advisory practice (representing approx. 75,000 people in 7 sub-service lines across 140 countries). She was also the inaugural EY AsiaPacific Assurance People/L&D Leader, responsible for integration and streamlining of all People and Learning related processes and content across the newly formed AsiaPacific Area (covering approx. 14,000 people including 550 partners, in 21 countries).

Deborah has achieved certifications as a Neuro-Semantic Meta Coach, in numerous psychometric tools, is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Certified Trainer and has attended a Strategic Leadership for partners program conducted by the Harvard Business School.
